According to Google’s SEO improvement program, SEO helps them provide better search results for users. Search Engine Optimization increases the chances that a user will click on their search results. Google’s Search Engine system works by processing billions of pages to select high-quality content and show it in the search results on the first page and relevant searches.

search engines

Search engines like Google and Bing are no longer satisfied with simply crawling and indexing our sites. They want to be sure that the content they deliver to their mobile site

s is of value and mobile-friendly ( mobile-optimized content). And we can help them out by adding mobile-friendly keywords to our content.

On-Page SEO

First of all, we tell google about our blog post or web page. On-Page SEO is the practice of optimizing a web page in order to achieve a high organic search engine ranking. There are many factors that go into an optimal On-Page SEO strategy, but I want to focus on three particularly important areas in this article: keyword research, content optimization, and HTML validation.

Keyword research forms the foundation for your On-Page SEO plan. You need to know which keywords are most relevant for your topic, and you need to know the competition for target keywords. After determining the best keywords, you can begin creating quality content that is targeted towards search engine users. This involves fitting specific keywords into your blog post in a way that does not sound unnatural, but still remains part of it.

Keyword Research

Keyword research is a marketing process that helps you determine which keyword phrase you should target when trying to rank for a target keyword. Keywords are the words and phrases that people type into search engines, such as Google when they’re looking for something online. By knowing which words your potential customers are using to look for your product.

Long-tail Keyword

A Long-tail keyword that has a very specific search volume and is used by potential customers only when the need for a product or service is at its greatest.

In SEO this is really important, keywords that can help us in the beginning with low search volume in google search that we know we can win with our blog post.

Finding Right Long-tail Keyword

Long-tail keywords are usually found using tools such as Ubersuggest, Keywordtool.io, H-Supertools, or Google AdWords itself.

  • Using these tools & your brain collect some keywords
  • Export all those keywords with their search volume
  • Search those keywords using these tools or Keywords Everywhere Chrome Extension to find the difficulty of these keywords.

Stay Calm, It’s really simple just follow up with me. For this example, we’ll pretend like we are finding keywords for how to improve SEO and we’ll see if we get ranked in search engines.

Generating Keyword

In this step, we’ll collect a few words that are attractive and seems like they’ll work. Don’t stress out over the complete list as many bad words will be eliminated from your list during this process. We need to research different web pages, other search engines to get one solid keyword.

It’s a little time-consuming but it’s worth it.

So these are the few words I collected from keyword tools:

Improve seo on google

How to get good at seo

Seo Improve performance

Now, this would be a great start. If you can’t guess any more keyword ideas then simply use Keywords Everywhere Chrome Extension or H-Supertools and you will get thousands of keywords within a few minutes. Try to get a few but solid ones like I have.

Now we’ll try each of these with H-Supertools, so when I enter my keyword this is the list of keywords.

keyword ideas

Try each one of the keywords you’ve collected.

Once you are done you’ll have 500 words. If not try a generic and broader one, that’ll leave you with more than 1200-1500 words.

Traffic Estimating

Analyzing data from a search engines keyword report is a great way to determine how much traffic a website may receive for different keywords. By getting the number of searches for each keyword, you can discover which words people are using when they search on your topic.

Google Keyword Planner

This is a great tool from Google that gives you an idea of the most common search results people are making. Search for keyword phrases related. Google Keyword planner will help you get the target audience, discover new keywords and see their monthly searches.

Just go create your account if you don’t have one, and put your list of keywords that you’ve gathered, you’ll get a graph with all the details that match user intent.

Manual Keyword Difficulty Analysis

In order to analyze the keyword we will manually do it for each of the keywords to that’s where we get the details about traffic, keyword trends and we get Long-tail keywords too. We will

This process gets a lot easier if you download the Keywords Everywhere Chrome Extension and SEOQuake Chrome extension. Once you’ve done that, do a Google search and you’ll notice a few changes in your google search results. On the landing pages of google’s search results, you will find other semantically related keywords.

improve your SEO ranking

SEOQuake adds the following at the bottom:

The Google Index: This is how many pages from this base URL Google searches has indexed

Page Links: The number of pages linking to the exact domain that is ranking according to SEMrush’s index (usually very low compared to reality, but since we’ll be using this number to compare it will be somewhat apples to apples)

URL Links: The number of pages pointing to any page on the base URL

Age: The first time the page was indexed by the Internet Archive

Traffic: A very rough monthly traffic number for the base URL

Looking at all these we can determine how long it would take us to beat the other competitors.

Keyword Everywhere adds the following to the right sidebar:

  • SEO-Difficulty
  • Brand-Query
  • Off-Page Difficulty
  • On-Page Difficulty
  • Trend Data
  • Related Keywords
  • People Also Search For

  • Search Queries

So we’re good with our keyword now, let’s jump to the next step now.

On-Page SEO Checklist

The On-Page SEO Checklist is a list of all the important components that are essential for an excellent SEO. On-Page SEO is what you do on your own website to help search engines understand your content. This checklist includes all the elements that are needed in order for a search engines bot to be able to crawl and index your content.

  • The keyword is in the page <title> tag
  • The keyword is close to the beginning of the <title> tag
  • The title tag contains less than 65 viewable characters
  • Header tags contain keywords ( it helps both google search console and user to read easily)
  • Your keyword is in the first paragraph of the blog or page
  • The keyword is in the most of h2 or h3 tags
  • Images <alt> tag from your page or blog have the keyword
  • The Keyword is contained in the meta description.
  • Keyword or its synonym is used throughout the page or the blog
  • Headline has a minimum of 70 scores with the keyword in it
  • The blog or page has links to other pages

  • High-quality content (The content is original not taken from any other site)
  • Keyword available in slug URL
  • The meta description should be over 156 characters
  • Keyword density is between.5 and 2.5%
  • Header tags should contain keyword

Well if you have all of these in place then you have the best On-Page optimized blog page.

All that left is now Off-Page Optimization

Off-Page SEO

Off-Page SEO – so far, you have done well in terms of actually creating good content. Now let’s take it off-page.

If your website is well made and the content is unique, well-formatted, and truly helpful to others, it would be way easier for search engines bot to crawl your page. Google loves well-made websites.

But off-page SEO adds some more points to your website. It gives you links and reputation – things that search engines value highly. People from other websites who link to you make your page seem trustworthy; these links make others trust and like your content and tell their friends about it, indirectly helping you gain more organic search results and more traffic over time.

Link Juice

The term “link juice” is used by SEOs as a metaphor for ranking signals, because links are the lifeblood of search engine rankings.

Link building strategies are the most valuable and powerful ranking factors that exist in search engines today…

But SEOs know better than anyone: Not all links are created equal. Some links “Carry” more weight, and others less. Which means they pass more or less “Link Juice” to the pages they link to.

A user recently asked the following question: “How can I check and see how many links that I have pointing to my website?” Here was our response:

1) Google Webmaster Tools

Google Webmaster Tools can give you a list of links to your site, but it may not capture every link to you (for example it does not report links coming from Facebook or Twitter). The data is also sometimes delayed by up to a month after the links are indexed by the Google search console, but it is very accurate.

2) Google Analytics

Google Analytics is one of the most powerful and must-have SEO tools. But most people don’t use it properly. Google Analytics can report on incoming links, but it can be inaccurate for multiple reasons (for example if you link to Wikipedia with the URL “en.wikipedia.org” instead of “http://en.wikipedia.org/” then analytics will not pick up these links correctly). While this is mostly an issue for websites that use URL shortening, it can also happen for other reasons.

3) Open Site Explorer

Open Site Explorer provides very accurate data on link juice, but only reports the total number of links instead of listing them all out individually. It does allow you to export the data in various formats which is helpful if you want to sort the list by the domain name.

Structure of Link

<a href=”https://anysite.com” title=”keyword”>Anchor text</a>

Where https://anysite.com is the site you’ll be redirected to, the title is largely a remain, and lastly the linked text — the blue word indicated you click on sometimes — is called the “anchor text.”

Try not using every link with the same keyword or name, because Google may think you’re doing something wrong so your blog post or page may get red-flagged.

if you create a link always try to use the generic site name or complete URL.

Internal Linking

Internal links of a website are the process of making links that directs to pages on your site. This type of link is the key to increasing the productivity and usability of a website. Internal linking helps to improve SEO ranking and usability of the site as well as facilitates readers by taking them to appropriate and valuable resources on-site.

A web page is said to be highly optimized when it contains links to other pages within the same site. It turns to help in better indexing. Try to avoid linking broken links.

Try creating jump links, it is a style of link building where the desired webpage is linked to an existing page on another website, and this way you could use header tags in a very effective way to target google featured snippets.

Robots.txt

A file that provides basic guidance to google search crawlers and other web robots on how to crawl websites. It is used to manage to crawl by telling crawlers which parts of a website should not be processed or scanned. Crawlers obey the instructions in the file and will generally not crawl content that is blocked, though no guarantees are made. Robots.txt is very important for the google search console as some people don’t take it seriously.

Disavow

Google Disavow Links Tool is a tool that is used to submit disavow links. The purpose of this tool is if you have received a manual penalty from Google and the resulting filter has caused some broken links or link juice to be lost or affected, then by using this tool you can request search engines to ignore specific websites.

NoFollow

Nofollow is an HTML attribute that can be used for specific links in order to tell search engines that the links are not endorsed by you and this will help in decreasing spam. This attribute can be used on your website for specific links which point to another website.

301 Redirect

If you’re about to change the URL of any page or article you’ve already submitted and you don’t want to lose its link juice then this may come in handy by using 301 redirect.

Canonical URLs

If you’ve multiple pages with the same URL then you can use this to tell google search that it is that page you’re looking for but don’t 301 it.

After that come’s the part of building links for your blog post or web.

Link Building

Link building is where you go out, find places on the internet that are relevant/related to yours and THEN try to prod them to link back to your own website. That’s the simple answer for those that don’t know what it is, although there’s a lot more to it than that!

Who Needs Link Building?

Link building is an essential part of any SEO campaign and good link building will mean good search engines rankings which means lots of free traffic from Google. On top of this if you even get a 1% conversion rate from your high rankings this could result in hundreds/thousands of sales through organic traffic alone. If you’re going to spend money on PPC then why not just rank without spending a penny by getting links? LINK BUILDING IS FREE TRAFFIC if done correctly.

Page Speed

Google has stated that mobile devices speed will influence mobile search engine rankings in the future. With mobile devices, desktop site speed also plays a vital role in ranking. The faster your entire site loads, the better. Google wants to give mobile users what they want and reducing mobile bounce rate is a great way to do it. Improve user experience across your entire site and make it comfortable to screen readers.

Traffic: Getting an Audience

Finding organic traffic is the second problem. It is possible that you have made the best SEO-optimized entire website. This next step will be the most difficult and take up the majority of your work. This does not mean that you should work all the time to create content but you must be consistent. For at least one week, dedicate at least an hour per day to get more traffic. Forums and Q&A sites are good places to start getting site visitors. You have QuoraReddit for these purposes.

You may get some help for getting TRAFFIC to your site from here. We’ve discussed affiliate marketing but if you go down you’ll find the way to get traffic for your site and it’s the same procedure.
